Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Ridansh Centre of Design and Innovation, we value our students’ satisfaction and aim to provide the highest quality education and services. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following Refunds and Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation of Enrollment:

1.1. If you wish to cancel your enrollment in any of our programs or courses, you must notify us in writing via email or written letter. Please include your full name, contact information, program/course details, and the reason for cancellation.

1.2. Depending on the timing of your cancellation, the following refund policy will apply:

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before the program/course start date: You are eligible for a full refund of the tuition fee paid.
  • Cancellation between 15 to 29 days before the program/course start date: You will receive a 50% refund of the tuition fee paid.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of the program/course start date: No refund will be provided.

2. Course Changes or Postponements:

2.1. Ridansh Centre of Design and Innovation reserves the right to make changes to the program/course schedule, content, or instructors when necessary. In the event of such changes, we will notify enrolled students promptly and provide alternative arrangements or reschedule options.

2.2. If the program/course is postponed or canceled by Ridansh Centre of Design and Innovation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or enrollment in a future session.

3. Refund Process:

3.1. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a written cancellation request or in accordance with the applicable local laws and regulations.

3.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment unless otherwise specified.

4. Non-Refundable Fees:

4.1. Application fees, registration fees, and any non-refundable fees associated with specific programs or courses are not eligible for refunds.

5. Appeals

5.1. If you believe that exceptional circumstances warrant a refund outside the standard policy, you may submit a written appeal to our administration. We will review appeals on a case-by-case basis.
